Program

Itinéraire du Southern Tunisia Ride.

Set off from Tunis towards Kairouan, a city at the heart of Tunisia’s cultural heritage. Discover its history, medina and traditional architecture. This first stage combines the pleasure of riding with an introduction to local culture.

Head towards Sbeitla, renowned for its Roman archaeological site. Enjoy a scenic day on the road through Tunisia’s interior and explore the remains of the ancient Roman city of Sufetula.

Ride south towards the gateway to the Sahara. The route takes you to Tozeur, known for its oasis, palm groves and traditional brick architecture. Changing landscapes and the distinctive atmosphere of the desert define this stage.

A day of adventure amid Saharan scenery. Cross desert expanses and take in the spectacular landscapes of southern Tunisia before reaching Ksar Ghilane, one of the Sahara’s iconic oases. Enjoy a memorable evening in a desert setting.

Leave the oasis behind and head to Matmata, a region known for its troglodyte homes dug into the earth. Discover the Berber traditions, arid landscapes and authentic villages that enrich southern Tunisia.

Return to Tunisia’s east coast through the country’s varied landscapes. Reach Monastir, a coastal city renowned for its historic Ribat, marina and seafront. This stage combines enjoyable riding with Mediterranean relaxation.

The final stage of your adventure takes you from Sousse to Tunis. Enjoy one last ride on Tunisia’s roads as this seven-day journey draws to a close, leaving you with discoveries, emotions and lasting memories.
